I am interested in checking into life not checking out. Asking myself all the time how can dive more fully into the moment. I am really excited about and deeply exploring the principles of The Secret and the Law of Attraction. I am a Yoga Teacher, and I try to live yoga as much as I can. I am easily inspired by small deeds and love empowering people to do the small things in life that make the difference.  I try to stay positive and remember that God is everywhere, in me and in you and all around, there is nothing that is not god and that helps me stay checked in and remember that the world is still ok. At the same time I am deeply committed to helping EVERYONE who crosses my path to remember their divinity so that peace, prosperity, and love will dominant this planet. I love hugs. I love smiles. I love animals and how they just get it–go with the flow. I am always seeking people to grow with and share this amazing journey with. I love building and sustaining community. Meditate, Pray, Dance, Laugh, those are the things I want more of and that I think will change the world. Peace!
